The HighTechCampusLmu, belonging to the Department of Chemistry and Pharmacy, has great national and international reputation and offers an outstanding infrastructure for a research-orientated education. Moreover, the campus in Großhadern-Martinsried has a perfect surrounding with high-performance biomedical institutes, such as the Gene Centre LMU, the Max-Planck-Institute for Biochemistry and Neurobiology and the University Hospital. The degree program Pharmaceutical Sciences offered by the LMU convinces with interdisciplinary lectures and the implementation of experts from industry and research institutes.
Since 28th March 2017 the degree programs bachelor and master of sciences in pharmaceutical sciences are accredited.
