Research project

My research focuses on the application of fluorescence-based methods (fluorescence correlation spectroscopy and Förster resonance energy transfer) to cell biological questions. Using single-pair or single molecule three color FRET, I am investigating conformational changes and dynamics of proteins involved in multiple cellular processes such as mRNA maturation or protein folding.
