I am interested in assessing specific aspects of both desired and undesired immunogenicity of protein pharmaceuticals.

  • Undesired immunogenicity of protein aggregates
  • Desired immunogenicity in vaccination using (nano-)particulate carriers, different types of adjuvants, routes of administration (e.g. transdermal or intradermal delivery), and sustained release approaches
