Womens' mentoring

In conjunction with the LMU Excellence Initiative, the university's mentoring program supports
outstanding, up-and-coming female scientists in their career planning.
The program is designed for women doing their habilitation, post-docs and specially qualified doctoral students.
Support is supplied through

• intensive communication with the mentor,
• workshops and training,
• networking
• financial aid for specific projects
